Beacon Hill Elevated Storage Tank - Buda, Texas
Based on the success of the Cabela's composite elevated storage tank project, the City of Buda hired Bury+Partners to provide the preliminary engineering, design, construction administration and construction observation for a 0.75 MG composite elevated storage tank located on the west side of the City of Buda.

Brodie Lane and US 290 Crossing - Austin, Texas
The intersection of US 290 and Brodie Lane experiences high volumes of traffic throughout the day but did not possess the proper pedestrian facilities which would allow the safe crossing of pedestrians. This was problematic for the commercial retail and restaurants that exist adjacent to the north and south of this intersection as well as a popular hike and bike trail, the Barton Creek Greenbelt, directly to the north of the intersection.

Cabela's - Buda, Texas
Bury+Partners designed the Master Plan for this 126-acre, mixed-use development, containing approximately 600,000 square feet of retail, 342 multi-family units, 24,000 square feet of restaurant and two 200-bed hotels.

Eastside Pump Station and Ground Storage Tank - Copperas Cove, Texas
Due to the abandonment of the existing booster pump station and the extensive growth on the east side of Copperas Cove, the City hired Bury+Partners to design a booster pump station and ground storage tank to serve this area.

Farmers Branch TOD Apartments - Farmers Branch, Texas
This project has a four-story, 210-unit wrap-style apartment complex with an internal four-story parking garage. The project also included a fitness area, pool and spa, leasing office and clubhouse, internet café and street level retail space facing the new light rail system.

Greenshores at Lake Austin - Austin, Texas
Bury+Partners designed and constructed a 500,000 gpd raw water intake and pump station, a membrane water treatment facility and booster pump station improvements for Greenshores located on Lake Austin.

H-E-B - Texas
Bury has provided full services to H.E. Butt Grocery Company. Bury has helped to expand or develop approximately 150 facilities in Central and South Texas. Services range from site evaluation, preliminary engineering, permitting, full design and construction phase services.

Harvey Mitchell Road Hike and Bike Trail - College Station
Bury was responsible for the design of a hike and bike facility from Welsh Avenue to Texas Avenue along Harvey Mitchell Parkway. The trail is approximately 1.2 miles in length and ten feet wide in most areas.

Horseshoe Bay West Elevated Storage Tank - Horseshoe Bay, Texas
Bury+Partners was selected by the City of Horseshoe Bay to design a new 1.0 MG elevated storage tank to improve system pressures and increase elevated storage volume. The project involved evaluating the condition and function of an older 200,000 gallon elevated tank on the proposed site for the new tank.

The City of Killeen hired Bury+Partners to design a new elevated storage tank to replace three existing elevated tanks for the City. The system was modeled to evaluate the capability of removing the three existing tanks off the system and replacing with one tank.

Primrose - San Antonio, Texas
Primrose at Monticello Park is a 12.5-acre, 248-unit senior housing apartment complex located at the intersection of Fredericksburg Road and Santa Anna.

Riverside Drive Hike and Bike Trail, Phase 1 - San Marcos, Texas
Due to an increase in pedestrian traffic traveling from River Road on the east side of IH-35 to Riverside Drive on the west side of IH-35, the City proposed the creation of a hike and bike trail to create a safe route for pedestrians to access public facilities from the east side of the highway.

Salado Water Supply Corporation Improvements - Salado, Texas
Salado Water Supply Corp. (WSC), faced with rapid growth along the IH-35 corridor, required system upgrades to maintain service. Bury+Partners made application to the USDA Rural Development for Federal Assistance to construct the improvements. Approximately 20,000 linear feet of 12-inch waterline, a 200,000-gallon elevated storage tank and a booster pump station were constructed to provide adequate water pressure to the 1,800 connections in the system.

Sandstone Ranch Apartments - El Paso, Texas
The Sandstone Ranch Apartments included fifteen apartment buildings with 244 dwelling units including bi-level units with attached garage. The project also included a clubhouse, pool and spa, fitness area, dog part and volleyball court.

South Hulen and Oakbend Trail Signal Warrant and Signal Design - Forth Worth, Texas
South Hulen Street is a major north/south arterial in Fort Worth, Texas, that experiences very high volumes during peak hour times throughout the corridor. A private developer proposed to develop a site located at the northeast corner of South Hulen Street and Oakbend Trail, which was a three-legged intersection.

Texas A&M University Reproductive Sciences Complex, College of Veterinary Medicine - College Station, Texas
The Reproductive Science Complex is a multi-building complex in a ranch setting that is used for animal research pertaining to endocrinology and animal reproduction. The project scope included a completely new HVAC system for the laboratory facility in compliance with NIH and USDA research facility guidelines.

Bury prepared the civil site development plans for the $200 million Dell Children's Medical Center of Central Texas (DMCCT). The DMCCT is a 180-bed, 461,000-square-foot medical facility. The 32.2-acre campus has the capability to expand to 250 beds, add two medical office buildings, two research facilities and three parking structures.

Haymount Development - Caroline County, Virginia
Bury was charged with designing the community wastewater treatment system for this state-of-the-art project. Scheduled for completion in the summer of 2006, the Haymount wastewater treatment plant will have the expansion capacity to treat up to one million gallons of water per day. The treated water will then be used for wetland enhancement projects.

Highway 164 Water and Sewer Lines - Mart, Texas
Due to the widening of Highway 164 through the City of Mart, the City was required to relocate water and sewer lines that had been in place since the 1930's. The project consisted of the relocation of 4,000 linear feet of 10-inch sanitary sewer line and 8,000 linear feet of 8-inch water line in very confined spaces.

Jamestown 2007 - Jamestown, Virginia
Bury provided civil engineering, environmental and surveying services for infrastructure improvements and site redesign to prepare this historic town for its 400th Anniversary celebration. Services included a storm water master plan for the festival park and development of construction documents for diverse riverfront amenities.

Kickapoo Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment Facilities - Harrah, Oklahoma
When the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma decided to construct a $35 million dollar casino, Bury was selected to design two Gerber-Wellington water wells (800 feet in depth), water storage and pumping facilities for domestic flows, a 3,500 GPM fire flow requirement and a wastewater treatment facility.
